Pain Reprocessing Therapy
Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is a non-invasive therapy to reorganize nerve pathways. Through it, you will recognize how you are experiencing pain, understand why you experience pain as you do, and gain awareness and skill to soothe yourself and relieve your pain.
Trama Sensitive Yoga
Connection to your body in a positive way through exploration of postures, breath and mindfulness. Supportive environment putting safety first, honoring your unique process and allowing you to move at your own pace. Education about the effects of trauma on the body.
Meditation
Meditation is about increasing your awareness of how you operate. It asks you to observe your breath without manipulating it, whereas breathwork is a form of active meditation which uses breathing practices to try and alter your mood or mindstate.
