Meditation

Meditation is about increasing your awareness of how you operate. It asks you to observe your breath without manipulating it, whereas breathwork is a form of active meditation which uses breathing practices to try and alter your mood or mindstate.

Breathwork

While we’re all aware that being stressed or relaxed can change the speed and depth of our breathing, few of us know that the opposite is also true: we can actually use breathwork to alter how we feel physically and mentally.

Asanas

Most contemporary practitioners first get interested in yoga through yoga asana, or yoga postures. Asana, however, is not yoga. Simply put, an asana is a physical posture you perform with your body.

Private sessions will be a mix modalities we agree upon to support you on your journey. I am currently enrolled in a Somatic Therapy training. I have trained in trauma sensitive yoga. I have completed two separate 200hr RYT programs. Have completed a Warriors at Ease training, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, hip and knee workshop, yoga for scoliosis, weight loss, insomnia, and anxiety.
